- No. Buyer shortlist placement is based on category fit, source data quality, and operator review of your specific request. Paid supplier services — Profile Source Review and Export Launch Kit — are processed in a separate workflow and do not influence buyer recommendations.
- No. Supplier Profile Review updates data labels, flags unknown fields, and corrects source URLs in your GoCybertron profile record. It is not a third-party audit, factory inspection, or certification. GoCybertron does not issue verified supplier badges.
- You receive an email verification link. After you confirm your email, GoCybertron operators review your category fit, target region, and source availability. If the request is qualifiable, operators scope and deliver a shortlist pilot within 3–5 business days.
- No. GoCybertron provides source-linked contact-path notes and export-readiness flags for each shortlisted supplier. Buyer-supplier contact is initiated by the buyer using those notes. GoCybertron does not broker introductions or negotiate on either party's behalf.
- Submit a supplier claim at /supplier-claim with your company details and supporting source URLs. Operators review the claim and update the profile record if the source evidence supports the change. Profile corrections typically take 2–4 business days.
- Services are scoped before payment is confirmed. If GoCybertron cannot fulfill the agreed scope — for example, if source data is unavailable for the requested suppliers — a full or partial refund will be issued. No refunds after delivery of the agreed scope.
